Jaguar Building Services have been operating in central London for over 30 years and are an increasing presence in the Building Services engineering sector, specialising in electrical and mechanical maintenance.

As a family business we place great value and importance on the staff that have supported us and those that join us as we continue to grow.

SEASON TICKET LOANS

Jaguar provide all employees with the option of applying for a season ticket loan through Trainline. An annual season ticket can be purchased and deducted from an employee’s salary each month.

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL SCHEME

We offer excellent finders fees to all employees who put forward successful candidates. £1,000 for non-technical positions and £3,000 for technical, supervisory, or managerial positions.

STAFF 0% LOAN SCHEME

We offer up to 10% of annual salary as a 0% interest short-term loan via a payroll advance, without the need to apply for managerial approval, to help our staff with those unexpected financial burdens. 

ELECTRIC VEHICLE SCHEME

Our Electric Car Scheme is provided by our partner Fleet Alliance. The scheme lets you use part of your gross salary to drive a brand-new electric car for much less than leasing it yourself and with all the benefits of a company car.

EARLY PAY APP

Our Early Pay App gives employees access to their real time earnings ahead of payday. The app allows our employees to drill down on their accrued earnings independent of any involvement or approval from us.
